Roles & Responsibilities Senior Toolmaker

• Handle tool & die maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for stamping/press shop tools.
• Perform tool fitting, assembly, tryouts, and tool setting activities.
• Operate CNC, EDM, milling, grinding, and conventional tool room machines.
• Ensure smooth production with minimum tool breakdown and downtime.
• Modify and improve dies, fixtures, and tooling for productivity and quality improvement.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for tooling support.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and tooling standards.
• Follow safety, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
