Tool and Die Design Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop tooling solutions for investment casting, injection molding, and other manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design requirements and optimize tool designs for improved performance and reduced costs.
• Manage the development of new tools from concept to production-ready prototypes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Troubleshoot issues related to existing tooling designs, making recommendations for modifications or repairs as needed.

Job Requirements :

• 10-25 years of experience in tool room management or a similar role in an automobile industry setting.
• Strong understanding of investment casting, injection mould design, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) for designing complex mechanical components.
