Job Description

WeShine Academy is looking for passionate and knowledgeable TNPSC Faculty members to train students preparing for Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) examinations, including Group I, Group II/IIA, and Group IV.

Candidates should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to explain concepts clearly to competitive exam aspirants.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging classroom and online coaching sessions for TNPSC aspirants.
• Teach General Studies, History, Geography, Indian Polity, Economics, General Science, Current Affairs, General Tamil, General English, and Aptitude based on subject expertise.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, and mock test papers.
• Explain previous-year questions, shortcuts, and exam-oriented problem-solving techniques.
• Conduct regular tests, evaluate student performance, and provide feedback.
• Clarify students' doubts and provide academic guidance.
• Keep study materials updated according to the latest TNPSC syllabus and examination pattern.
• Motivate students and help them improve their exam performance.
• Participate in academic discussions and contribute to question-bank development.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Any graduate with strong knowledge of TNPSC subjects.
• Candidates with previous TNPSC coaching or competitive exam teaching experience are preferred.
• Candidates who have prepared for or cleared TNPSC examinations are encouraged to apply.
• Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and communication skills are welcome.
• Ability to explain concepts in Tamil and/or English.
• Strong presentation, classroom management, and student mentoring skills.
• Willingness to prepare question papers, study materials, and conduct assessments.
• Passion for teaching and helping students achieve government job goals.
