• Lead strategic programs that improve branch productivity, renewals, retention, persistency, servicing quality, and operational efficiency.
• Manage KPI governance, scorecard administration, incentive frameworks, and performance reporting with strong controls and transparency.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, performance gaps, and value creation levers.
• Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives, ensuring scalability, operational control, and sustainable outcomes.
• Develop executive insights and leadership presentations that support informed decision-making and strategic direction.
