Supporting Actions
Training Execution & Coordination
- Partner with BHRs to plan monthly training calendars
- Coordinate and execute training sessions as per the calendar, ensuring smooth logistics including venue, materials, F&B, and workbooks.
- Manage end-to-end communication including invite mails, calendar blocking, session closure, feedback collection, and branding.
- Analyze training feedback and issue certificates to participants.
- Maintain accurate records of classroom training on the LMS, covering functional, behavioral, and other categories.
- Identify and implement relevant e-learning programs via Gyanodaya Virtual Campus (GVC).
- Ensure complete documentation and tracking of all learning activities.
- Support data visualization and reporting through Power BI dashboards.
- Oversee L&D-related purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), invoice handling, and clearance processes.
- Maintain and manage annual budget data for L&D activities.
- Facilitate instructor-led training (ILT) sessions for HO-based programs.
- Support trainers and participants during sessions to ensure high engagement and learning effectiveness.
