TM- Interior Designer

Job Purpose:

To conceptualize, design, and execute high-end interior spaces for ultra-luxury residential projects, ensuring exceptional aesthetics, premium material selection, functionality, and superior finishing standards. The role involves close coordination with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and execution teams to deliver bespoke interiors aligned with the project's design vision and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Concept Development

• Develop innovative interior design concepts for ultra-luxury residences, including apartments, penthouses, villas, and premium residential spaces.
• Prepare mood boards, concept presentations, space planning layouts, furniture layouts, and detailed design proposals.
• Translate client requirements and lifestyle preferences into bespoke, elegant, and functional interior solutions.
• Maintain design consistency across living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, and other residential spaces

Technical Drawings & Documentation

• Prepare detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, electrical layouts, flooring layouts, and interior elevation drawings.
• Develop detailed joinery, cabinetry, false ceiling, wall panelling, and custom furniture drawings.
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, lighting, HVAC, and other consultants to ensure design integration.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, and technical submissions before execution.

Site Execution & Quality Control

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution against approved drawings, design intent, and specifications.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, carpenters, fabricators, and specialist agencies to resolve design-related issues.
• Inspect workmanship, dimensions, alignment, finishes, and detailing to maintain premium quality standards.
• Identify design discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to minimize rework and delays.
• Monitor snagging, rectification, and final handover of interior works.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Understand client expectations and present design concepts, material palettes, and finish options.
• Incorporate client feedback while maintaining design integrity, project timelines, and approved budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, landscape designers, lighting consultants, art consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Maintain clear documentation of design revisions, approvals, and project deliverables.
