Job Description
Job Purpose
This position is the single point of contact for identified system(s) and assumes overall responsibility and ownership of all assigned Systems for Sales - managing the execution of various projects on an ongoing basis. Additionally, this position is responsible towards exercising budgetary control over no. of projects/hours spent under each System. This position is also responsible for Commercial Management, Vendor Management, Market Evaluation of new solutions, Solution and design management, Project management, Management of Service Level Agreements and Service Level Objectives.

| KRA1 | Project management and execution | 1. Review high-level deliverables across projects. 2. Highlight and escalate delays and issues at appropriate levels 3. Implement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with the contract. 4. Minimize risk and shares best practices across multiple projects - Identifies and mitigates projects risk across projects. 5. Review the status reports of systems across projects and addresses 6. issues as appropriate 7. Compile with and enforces standard policies and procedures of the department and organization 8. Ensure compliance with organizations and /statutory guidelines/regulations and participate in Audit reviews. 9. Monthly reporting to stakeholders using dashboards and reports |
