Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)

• Plan and supervise daily die casting production and manpower deployment.
• Monitor die casting machines, melting furnaces, dies, process parameters and cycle time.
• Ensure optimum machine utilization and reduce downtime, scrap and rework.
• Coordinate with Tool Room, Maintenance, Quality and Planning departments.
• Implement 5S, TPM, Kaizen and safe work practices.
• Analyze casting defects and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain daily production, rejection and machine performance records.
• Train and guide operators to improve productivity and quality.
  
  

Competency (Candidate Profile)

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical, Production or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in pressure die casting operations.
• Knowledge of aluminium & zinc die casting processes, dies, furnaces and trimming operations.
• Understanding of casting defects, cycle time optimization, OEE and quality tools.
• Knowledge of post processing such Fetling, Deburring, Buffing etc
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP is preferred.
