Are you an experienced International Travel Sales professional with strong expertise in Business Class

First Class ticketing and team handling?

We’re looking for a Team Leader – Business Class Travel to lead our travel sales team and drive premium travel bookings.
Position: Team Leader – Business Class Travel
Experience: 3–7 Years
Team Handling: 1–3 Years Preferred

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of Business Class Travel Agents
• Handle Business Class, First Class, Premium Economy amp; International flight inquiries
• Drive team sales, conversion, revenue targets
• Guide the team on airline fares, routings, schedules; fare rules
• Handle high-value customer inquiries and escalations
• Prepare/review quotations and itineraries
• Coordinate with airline consolidators and suppliers
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching; feedback

Preferred Experience
US/International Travel Agency experience
Business Class amp; First Class ticketing experience
Experience with airline consolidators
Strong international airfare amp; routing knowledge
Proven team handling and sales experience
Excellent communication amp; negotiation skills
