TL/AM - Maintenance

We are hiring for a TL/AM - Production Engineering (Maintenance) based at NSEZ, Noida. This role plans, designs and implements maintenance programs to optimize the availability and productivity of production site facilities and equipment

Role & responsibilities :

• Manages and participates in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, following the local safety guidelines
• Repairs and maintains mechanical and electronic equipment, tools, and instruments, following the local safety guidelines
• Liaises with production staff to coordinate repair work, statutory safety inspections and supply of new plant and equipment with production schedules
• Works in a team with Health and Safety to ensure the machines are compliant with the law
• Manages the contract with the machine suppliers
• Monitors the equipment inventory and consumables
• Provides information for external or internal audit (KPI/ ISO certification)
• Maintains key performance indicators and delivers monthly reports
• Manages the team work allocation to ensure KPI, objectives, procedures and quality standards are met
• Drive and conduct team development
• Handsover the activities during shift change
• Performs SIM meetings
• Plans and prioritizes work orders and scheduling overall repair and maintenance activities to minimize production downtime and disruptions
• Implements best practice using 5S for continuous improvements
