Title Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough title searches on properties to identify potential issues or defects in ownership, liens, and encumbrances.
  
• Review and analyze property records, deeds, mortgages, and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to resolve any discrepancies or concerns related to property titles.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all title searches and provide detailed reports summarizing findings.
  
• Stay up-to-date with changes in local laws and regulations affecting real estate transactions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the US mortgage industry.
  
• Strong understanding of finance, indexing, and US mortgage processes.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex legal documents accurately.
  
• Bachelor's degree (B.A) or equivalent qualification.
• Willing to shift to Dubai
