Eligibility:

• Graduate / UG candidates can apply
• Min. 6+ months of Customer Service experience is mandatory
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Fluent English & Hindi required
• Candidates should have clear and professional communication

Salary & Incentives:

• CTC: 28,000 per month
• Take Home: 20,813 per month
• PLI: Up to 5,000

Shift Timings:

Rotational shifts:

• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

• Handle customer calls and queries professionally.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
