Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven TikTok Manager to lead TikTok-led customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in TikTok growth and performance marketing, with a strong understanding of paid campaigns, content performance, audience targeting, and data-driven optimization.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute high-performing TikTok campaigns focused on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and measurable ROI.

* Plan, launch, manage, and optimize TikTok paid campaigns across relevant ad formats and objectives.

* Optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, placements, budgets, and campaign structures to achieve acquisition and revenue goals.

* Continuously test and refine ad creatives, hooks, messaging, landing pages, and conversion funnels.

* Monitor key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and LTV.

* Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign and funnel performance.

* Use TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, attribution platforms, and other analytics tools to track and evaluate performance.

* Identify new audience segments, content opportunities, and scalable growth channels.

* Build and scale retargeting, lookalike, interest-based, and other relevant audience campaigns.

* Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and sales teams to develop TikTok content and campaigns aligned with business objectives.

* Ensure proper tracking, pixel/event setup, landing-page integration, and campaign measurement.

* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for TikTok growth.

* Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

Optimize TikTok Shop and product listings to improve visibility, conversion, and sales performance

*Manage influencer outreach, including identifying relevant creators, initiating communication, and coordinating collaborations.

Mandatory Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in TikTok marketing, TikTok Ads, performance marketing, or growth marketing.

* Prior experience working with or managing growth/performance marketing for **Bellavita or Mosaic Wellness is mandatory.**

* Strong hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager and paid campaign optimization.

* Proven understanding of customer acquisition, conversion funnels, audience targeting, and ROI/ROAS-driven marketing.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and take corrective actions.

* Experience with creative testing, A/B testing, retargeting, and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

* Experience in D2C, e-commerce, consumer brands, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or similar high-growth businesses.

* Experience scaling campaigns and managing performance marketing budgets.

* Strong understanding of TikTok trends, creator-led content, UGC, and short-form video performance.

* Strong communication, ownership, problem-solving, and execution skills.
