Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct field sales visits to meet with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in field sales or a related role.
• Strong communication skills for building rapport with clients at all levels.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using technology such as laptops, smartphones, etc. for data entry and reporting purposes.
