Ticketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage airline tickets from booking to issuance using Amadeus, Galileo systems.
• Process passenger check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures at the airport.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to flight changes, cancellations, or delays.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions and maintain records according to company standards.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in a similar role within the aviation industry.
• Proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution System) such as Amadeus or Galileo.
• Strong knowledge of IATA regulations and industry standards for air travel.
