Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international ticket bookings, reservations, and cancellations via phone calls.
  
• Utilize Amadeus system for efficient air ticketing operations.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by resolving their queries related to flight schedules, baggage fees, and other travel-related issues.
  
• Process refunds and exchanges of tickets according to company policies.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and updates in the system.
