Ticketing Executive, Travel Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage domestic and international air ticketing operations, ensuring timely booking and issuance of tickets.
• Utilize GDS systems to search, book, and modify flight itineraries according to customer requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and updates.

Job Requirements :

• 1-7 years of experience in airline ticketing or related field.
• Proficiency in using GDS systems (e.g. Amadeus) for domestic and international ticketing.
• Strong knowledge of airfare rules, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with customers.
• Exposure in Corporate Travel Management
