Ticketing Consultant

Seventh Sky Holidays is looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Ticketing Executive to handle domestic and international air ticketing operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in airline reservations, fare calculations, ticket issuance, and reissuance, along with excellent client coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings, reservations, and ticket issuance.

* Coordinate and communicate directly with clients to understand their travel requirements and provide suitable flight options.

* Share fare quotations, flight schedules, itineraries, and booking details with clients.

* Follow up with clients regarding quotations, confirmations, payments, and ticket issuance.

* Work on GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.

* Check flight availability, compare fares, and suggest the best routing options.

* Handle ticket cancellations, reissuance, refunds, and date changes.

* Maintain knowledge of airline fare rules, baggage allowances, penalties, and ticketing policies.

* Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for ticketing-related requirements.

* Resolve client queries promptly and ensure a smooth booking experience.

* Maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely processing of all requests.

Skills & Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of experience in domestic and international air ticketing.

* Hands-on experience with at least one major GDS platform.

* Strong knowledge of airline reservations, fare rules, and ticketing procedures.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to coordinate directly with clients and manage client relationships professionally.

* Good follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently.
