Job Title: TIBCO Spotfire Administrator
Location: Any Birlasoft
Experience Level: 6-8 years

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Spotfire Server, Web Player, Node Manager, Analyst, and Automation Services.
- Manage users, groups, licenses, roles, library permissions, and access controls.
- Configure and support SSO, Active Directory/LDAP, SAML, SSL certificates, and platform security.
- Manage Spotfire Library content, data connections, Information Links, and environment configurations.
- Monitor platform health, availability, CPU, memory, logs, and Web Player performance.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, connectivity issues, failed jobs, and dashboard performance problems.
- Configure and maintain integrations with SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks, and other enterprise data sources.
- Support Spotfire upgrades, patches, migrations, deployments, backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery activities.
- Automate administrative and monitoring activities using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, or scripting where applicable.
- Work with infrastructure, security, database, development, and business teams to maintain a stable and governed Spotfire environment.
Required Skills Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Familiarity with Life Sciences data models and standards (e.g., CDISC, SDTM, ADaM, IDMP, SPOR, MedDRA).
- Experience integrating Spotfire with ETL tools, Data Lakes, or BI platforms (e.g., AWS Glue, Informatica, Databricks, Power BI) is a plus.
