Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled TIBCO EBX MDM Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for the TIBCO EBX MDM platform and related enterprise applications. The candidate will be responsible for production support, incident resolution, troubleshooting, MDM data management, workflows, data models, validation rules, permissions, and integration monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for the TIBCO EBX MDM platform.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within defined SLAs.
• Support MDM domains including Customer, Product, Supplier, Material, Reference Data, and Organizational Data.
• Manage and troubleshoot EBX workflows, data models, validation rules, permissions, and hierarchies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between EBX and SAP, ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, ETL, and other enterprise applications.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide permanent fixes for recurring production issues.
• Coordinate with development, integration, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.
• Support data quality, data governance, and master data-related activities.
• Prepare and maintain support documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.
• Ensure compliance with defined SLA, incident management, and change management processes.
