Tibco Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x and 6.x
• Build SOAP and REST APIs using BW with strong understanding of service design principles
• Develop complex process flows, shared modules, and reusable components
• Work extensively with XML, XSD, WSDL, JSON, and perform XSLT transformations
• Implement robust error handling, exception management, and logging frameworks
• Integrate BW with databases (JDBC), file systems, FTP/SFTP, and external systems
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and production issue resolution
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure adherence to enterprise integration standards and best practices

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x and 6.x
• Deep understanding of:
• BW Process Design & Flow Control
• Shared Resources & Modules
• EMS / JMS messaging
• Synchronous and Asynchronous integrations
• Expertise in XML, XSD, WSDL, XPath, XSLT
• Experience with REST / SOAP web services
• Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills in BW runtime
• Experience working in production-grade integration environments
