Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced TIBCO BusinessWorks Developer with strong hands-on experience in TIBCO BW 5.x, TIBCO EMS, and IBM MQ/WebSphere MQ. The candidate will be responsible for developing, supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise integration applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support integration processes using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x.
• Design and configure messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS and IBM MQ.
• Develop and maintain SOAP/REST web services and data transformation processes.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support business-critical applications and handle P1/P2 production incidents.
• Monitor application logs, alerts, and integration workflows.
• Work with Git/SVN and Jenkins/CI-CD tools.
• Support build and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Work in Agile/Scrum and ITIL-based production support environments.
