Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex business workflow applications using Tibco BusinessWorks (BW) 5.x.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs.
  
• Develop expertise in Tibco Administrator tools such as TA-MGR, TA-DEV, TA-QA, TA-PROD for managing BW environments.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to BW application performance tuning, data migration, error handling, and security configurations.
  
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for implementing new features and enhancements in existing BW applications.
