Job Title: Thought Machine Developer Experience: 3–4 Years Location: [Hyd] Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Thought Machine Developer with 3–4 years of experience in building and integrating modern banking solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Thought Machine Vault Core, developing Smart Contracts, and building scalable microservices. The candidate will work closely with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to design and implement high-performance, cloud-native banking applications.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement banking solutions using Thought Machine Vault Core platform. Design, develop, and maintain Smart Contracts using Python for core banking functionalities. Build and maintain microservices and extensions using Golang or Node.js. Work with event-driven architecture using Kafka to support scalable and real-time banking operations. Manage and optimize data storage and queries using PostgreSQL ensuring data integrity and consistency. Deploy, monitor, and scale applications in AWS cloud environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and DevOps teams. Implement secure and scalable APIs and services. Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated deployments.

Required Technical Skills: Platform: Hands-on experience with Thought Machine Vault Core. Languages: Strong proficiency in Python (for Smart Contracts) and Golang (for microservices/extensions) or Node.js. Data & Streaming: Deep understanding of Kafka for event-driven architecture and PostgreSQL for data management. Cloud: Experience with AWS services such as SQS, S3, and CloudFront. DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills: Experience working in banking, fintech, or financial services domains. Understanding of microservices architecture and API integrations. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Soft Skills : Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
