Third Engineer

• Assist the chief engineer in navigating and operating the ship.


• Maintain and repair engine equipment and machinery.


• Monitor and control the ship's speed, direction, and position.


• Participate in cargo operations and deck maintenance.


• Collaborate with other engineers and crew members to ensure safe and efficient operation of the ship.


• Implement safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an engineer on a merchant ship.


• Strong knowledge of ship navigation, communication, and safety procedures.


• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.


• Familiarity with ship management software and systems.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
