Thermal Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for thermal analysis and design optimization of EVSE and power electronics products.
• Conduct thermal modeling and simulations.
• Design heatsinks, airflow paths, and cooling strategies.
• Support hardware/mechanical teams in component placement for thermal optimization.
• Validate thermal performance under real conditions.
• Ensure compliance with reliability and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Experience range required: 2 to 5 years.
• Qualification: B. Tech/BE (Mechanical).
• Proficiency in thermal simulation tools (ANSYS Icepak, FloEFD, etc. ).
• Strong knowledge of conduction, convection, and radiation heat transfer.
• Familiarity with fan/airflow design and liquid cooling is a plus.
• Hands-on with thermal measurement (IR cameras, sensors).
• B. E. /B. Tech. in Mechanical/Thermal/Heat Transfer.
• Good-to-Have: Experience with automotive or industrial power systems.
