Therapy Lead - Gynaecology / Hormone / Contraceptive portfolio

Job Summary

714 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, with strong hands-on exposure to Womens Health / Gynaecology / Hormone / Contraceptive portfolio / brand management. Proven experience in therapy strategy, brand planning, new product launches, lifecycle management, market assessment and portfolio prioritisation. Should have managed multiple Women Care brands across contraception, hormonal therapy, endometriosis, fertility/pregnancy support or menopause. Strong exposure to KOL engagement, advisory boards and scientific/medical marketing is essential. Experience in international or emerging markets will be preferred. A medical qualification, particularly Obstetrics Gynaecology, with subsequent corporate pharma experience would be a significant advantage.

Strong therapy leadership and strategic brand-management capability with the ability to translate clinical science into commercially relevant brand strategies for Women Care range that too with International Business Emerging market as scope. Excellent understanding of Women Care treatment pathways, patient segments, prescriber behaviour and pharmacy dynamics. Proven ability in KOL mapping, relationship development, advisory-board management and scientific engagement with gynaecologists and other specialists. Strong skills in portfolio analytics, competitor mapping, forecasting, launch planning and campaign development. Must be highly hands-on, commercially oriented and capable of working cross-functionally with Medical, Regulatory, Sales, Business Development and country teams. Strong presentation, communication, stakeholder-management and team-leadership skills are essential.
