Responsibilities

• Perform various spa therapies and treatments such as body massages, aromatherapy, and wellness treatments.
• Consult with guests to understand their preferences and recommend suitable therapies .
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Prepare treatment rooms, oils, and equipment before each session.
• Ensure guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for during treatments .
• Follow spa standard operating procedures and safety guidelines .
• Maintain records of guest treatments and preferences when required.
• Promote spa services and assist guests with spa product or treatment recommendations .

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills .
• Basic knowledge of spa therapies and massage techniques .
• Professional grooming and hygiene standards .
• Customer-focused approach with a calm and friendly personality .
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays .

Qualification & Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Certification or training in Spa / Beauty / Massage Therapy preferred
• Freshers with training or candidates with 12 years spa experience can apply.
