Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, concept-driven lessons across History, Geography, Civics, and Economics for Classes 6–10, aligned with CBSE syllabus and NCERT frameworks.
- Design and implement activity-based, inquiry-led lesson plans that foster critical thinking and civic awareness among middle school learners.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback and differentiated support.
- Collaborate with department heads and cross-subject teams to integrate interdisciplinary themes and school-wide projects.
- Participate in staff development workshops, curriculum review cycles, and co-curricular activities including Model UN, debates, and heritage projects.
- Maintain accurate academic records, student portfolios, and contribute to parent-teacher communication initiatives.
