TG Field Operator

Job Role

Responsible for safe and efficient operation of the Turbine Generator and associated field equipment. Monitor operating parameters, perform unit start-up/shutdown and equipment isolation/normalization while ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

Desired Qualification & Experience

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• More than 5 years of relevant TG operation experience in thermal power plant.

Thermal Power Generation, Power & Utilities, Captive Power Plants

Roles and Responsibility/ Duties to be performed.

• Continuous monitoring of TG field parameters.
• Perform unit light-up, start-up and shutdown activities.
• Carry out isolation and normalization of drives.
• Record field parameters in logbooks and prepare operating reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and SOPs.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for troubleshooting.
• Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions promptly.
