Job Description

We are looking for experienced Software Testers / QA Professionals with 4–8 years of experience in Banking / BFSI applications. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Manual and Functional Testing along with good understanding of banking and financial business workflows.

Preferred Domain Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following domains are preferred:

• MSB

• Corporate Banking

• Retail Banking / Credit Cards

• Car Leasing / Auto Finance

• Personal Finance / Consumer Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.

• Execute Functional, System, Integration and Regression Testing.

• Perform end-to-end testing of banking and financial workflows.

• Identify, document, track and retest defects.

• Participate in defect triage and UAT activities.

• Coordinate with Developers, Business Analysts and stakeholders.

• Prepare test execution reports and testing documentation.

• Ensure testing activities are completed within project timelines.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of experience in Software Testing / QA.

• Strong hands-on experience in Manual & Functional Testing.

• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.

• Experience in Test Case Design, Test Execution and Defect Management.

• Good knowledge of banking / BFSI processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
