Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities across Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and UAT phases.
• Design, review, and maintain high-quality test scenarios and test cases.
• Create, optimize, and integrate Robot Framework automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive defect triage meetings and collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Perform detailed root cause analysis for complex defects and quality issues.
• Ensure complete requirements traceability and comprehensive test coverage.
• Mentor team members and drive quality best practices across the project.
