The Opportunity
Hitachi Energy is currently looking for an Testing Operator for the High Voltage Business to join their team in Savli, India. This team seeks a skilled and motivated individual.

How youll make an impact
- We are looking for Testing Operator to join High Voltage GIS team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our high voltage product portfolio while ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
- The candidate shall be able to demonstrate a strong Electrical fundamentals and hands-on experience of Testing of various components of GIS.
- The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Work closely with supervisor to implement standard production processes.
- Modify or develop new processes / methods for repeatable, reliable and cost-effective manufacturing.
- Provide precise feedback to supervisor on Yield issues.
- Achieved daily production plan as per cycle time and allocated workload.
- Support new product introduction on manufacturing lines.
- Preparation of test setup, test protocols and maintaining records.
- Handling and supporting is customer inspection activities.
- Candidate should have IEC and IEEE standards.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- A Diploma in Electrical engineering with first class (above 60%)
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional work experience.
- Candidate should have a Working knowledge of SAP
- Candidate should have Proficient in MS-Office
- Candidate should have a Strong problem-solving skills; VSM activity; Lean management
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
