Testing Engineer Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct testing of cement, concrete, aggregate, soil, bricks/blocks, steel, bitumen and asphalt.
• Perform tests as per IS Codes, ASTM standards and approved laboratory procedures.
• Collect, receive, identify and properly handle test samples.
• Operate laboratory testing equipment and ensure proper equipment usage.
• Record test observations, calculations and results accurately.
• Prepare and maintain test reports, worksheets and laboratory records.
• Ensure testing activities comply with NABL requirements and quality procedures.
• Check the condition and calibration status of testing equipment before use.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper organization of the laboratory.
• Report any non-conformity, abnormal test result or equipment issue to the concerned authority.
• Coordinate with Quality Manager, Lab Technician and clients for testing requirements.
• Assist in internal audits, quality improvement activities and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: Fresher to 1 year
Location: Surat (Local candidates are preferred)
