Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer to join a collaborative technology team. The role involves working closely with QA specialists, software developers, architects, DevOps engineers, and product stakeholders to ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality applications through robust testing and automation practices.

The role involves working closely with QA specialists, software developers, architects, DevOps engineers, and product stakeholders to ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality applications through robust testing and automation practices.
- Analyze application logs, system events, and monitoring data to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
- Design and develop test scenarios that replicate real-world production behaviors and workflows.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) using diagnostic and debugging tools.
- Create and maintain test plans, test strategies, and documentation aligned with established QA processes and methodologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of automation frameworks and testing standards.
- 5+ years of experience in Automation Testing and Quality Assurance.
- Strong expertise in test automation framework design, test strategy planning (STP), and test design documentation (STD).
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and Azure DevOps .
- Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C# .
- Experience using tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow .
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software delivery practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and capable of adapting to new technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Good understanding of business requirements and customer-focused delivery.
- Experience with PyTest .
- Exposure to cloud technologies and platforms .
- Basic knowledge of SQL , including query writing and database setup.
- Familiarity with Retail Banking domain concepts and processes.
