Job Title: Test Technician

Location: Hyderabad

This is a Test Technician position within the GPU compiler team at Hyderabad. In this role the candidate will be working on a team responsible for doing Lab Support duties and testing our Chipset software. The role involves a good mix of hands on testing of the products and collaborating with various project teams in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate must have strong communication skills, must be an effective team player, and must be able to work independently.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in a technical LAB environment.

Hands on experience working on Windows/Linux environments.

Mobile testing experience on Android and Windows.

Ability to execute tests in Manual/Automated environments.

Good communication at multiple levels and across multiple disciplines.

Team Player, able to collaborate and provide input to multifunctional team.

Self-motivated, adaptable and independent, capable of working with limited supervision, pro-actively reporting on status and tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with mobile handset testing and knowledge of testing smartphones.

Experience in executing manual and automated test cases and troubleshooting software problems.

Ability to work individually and in a team environment with developers, system engineers and test engineers.

Ability to maintain flexibility in work assignments and complete tasks on time.
