Transition from Payroll to QA for QA to US payroll.
Testing 8 to 10 years exp & QA 5 to 6 Years, Payroll 4 to 5 Years, QA lead role. Payroll project, some payroll Knowledge, talk to product team, Any platform is fine (SAP, Oracle, Workday etc.)
Required Qualifications-New Additions
8+ years in QA/test leadership, including 4+ years testing payroll or HCM systems on large, multi-country implementations
 Hands-on experience testing end-to-end payroll processes (Any of the package Workday Payroll/ Oracle Payroll / SAP Payroll and/or ADP preferred): gross-to-net, tax withholding, deductions, and GL reconciliation
Key Responsibilities
 Design and execute payroll test scenarios, including retro, off-cycle, and year-end processing
