TEST MODULE LEAD - Manual Testing

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manual Tester with a strong background in manual testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in software testing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. You will be responsible for ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance through rigorous testing methodologies.

• Design, develop, and execute test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Perform thorough manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Document test results, report bugs, and track issues using appropriate tools.
• Participate in test planning and strategy discussions to improve testing processes.
• Conduct regression testing and ensure that existing functionality is not affected by new changes.
• Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best testing practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies.

• Strong expertise in Manual Testing, including test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Proficient in using testing tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar for bug tracking.
• Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Ability to analyze requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience with automation testing tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing.
• Experience in testing APIs and web services.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in manual testing.
• Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
