Test Manager

Job Summary

Define and implement test strategy, test plans, and quality assurance processes. Lead Manual, Automation, API, Regression, and SIT testing activities. Manage QA teams, resource planning, and delivery timelines. Monitor test execution, defect management, and release readiness. Track and report quality metrics, risks, and project status. Collaborate with Business, Product, Development, and Program teams. Drive continuous improvement, test automation adoption, and QA best practices. Ensure successful project delivery, quality sign-off, and stakeholder satisfaction. Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and Release Management. Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Test Management, and Defect Tracking tools. Expertise in Functional, API, Automation, and SIT/UAT Testing. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in risk management, estimation, planning, and governance.
