Test Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define the test strategy, estimates, plan, resources, quality gates and entry/exit criteria.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression, API, automation, integration, performance, security and production validation.
• Own test data planning, provisioning, masking, refresh, quality and readiness across Sandbox, SIT, UAT and Production.
• Ensure traceability and end-to-end coverage across portals, mobile apps, core platforms, SAP, Salesforce and integrations.
• Manage environments, defects, risks, dependencies, vendors, dashboards and stakeholder reporting.
• Provide release-quality recommendations and support cutover and hypercare.

Essential Requirements

• 1015 years of testing experience, including 4+ years managing complex multi-vendor PaaS and SaaS programmes.
• Mandatory hands-on API testing experience covering REST/SOAP, authentication, validation, negative scenarios and integrated platforms.
• Mandatory test automation experience covering framework implementation, maintenance, regression governance, CI/CD and reporting.
• Strong expertise in test governance, risk-based testing, defect management and web, mobile and end-to-end testing.
• Strong leadership, vendor management, communication and escalation skills; Life Insurance experience preferred.
