Test Manager

Job Description:

• Need a strong seasoned test manager with vast test management and Healthcare domain experience
• Develop Test Strategy across multiple portfolios and coordinates closely with relevant teams.
• Identify required testing services and testing needs.
• Shape demand and input to testing estimation and forecast.
• Identify, participate and/or drives opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and executes application and data specific test plans and scripts using a variety of tools and environments.
• Perform detailed analysis on test results and identifies logical errors.
• Make recommendations and participate in improvements to reusable testing processes, capabilities, frameworks, and solutions.
• Collaborate across products/portfolios and define test data constraints through collaboration with relevant teams
• Creates synthetic test data and shape test data demand.
• Facilitate test data provisioning and management and escalate test data risks and issues.
• Plan and develop automation test scripts, including creation of new framework.
• Develop testing tools and best practices across multiple platforms.

Experience- 9-13 Years

Location- Chennai/Pune/Hyderabad/Kochi/Coimbatore/Bangalore

Work Mode- Remote

Shift Timings- 5 PM to 3 AM

Notice Period- 0-30 Days (Officially)
