We are looking for Testing Lead who can join us immediately.

Job Title: Test Lead

Experience: 8-10 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts

Work Mode: WFO

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Testing Methodologies: Deep expertise in STLC and SDLC.
• Production Bug Management: Should have a good knowledge of the various types of

tickets, such as feature requests, bugs, and the key states of the bug and its lifecycle.

• Quality Auditing: Experience performing technical audits of bug inflows and

knowledge bases to maintain high accuracy standards.

• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like Jira and T3

for tracking.

• Quick Learner: Should be a quick learner and have an exploratory mindset.
• Exploratory Testing: Should know how to break the application and conduct

exploratory testing.

• Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite

(Excel/Docs/Spreadsheets/Slides).
