Test Lead -Life Insurance Domain

Role & responsibilities

7-9 years of Experience as a Test Lead.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of Life Insurance domain concepts, including policy lifecycle, underwriting, quotations, servicing, and claims processes.

Hands-on experience in validating web-based insurance journeys/workflows with the ability to analyze requirements, execute test scenarios, and identify defects.

Proven team leading and coordination skills, capable of managing testing activities, mentoring team members, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely project execution.
