Job Title: SDET/Test Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SDET/Test Architect with 4 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team at TechM Pune Sharda.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development and testing, with a focus on automation and architecture.

This role is critical in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through innovative testing strategies and frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle.
• Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Lead the testing efforts for complex projects, ensuring high quality deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior testers and developers in best practices for testing and automation.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to software quality and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in software testing.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in SDET/Test Architect roles with a focus on automation.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Ability to design and implement testing strategies for complex applications.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and testing in cloud environments.
• Experience in mobile application testing.
• Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 to9 years of relevant experience in software testing and automation.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast paced environment.
