About the Role As a Test Engineer at AQM Technologies, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and compliance of mission-critical Core Banking applications. You'll work across the full testing lifecycle in a collaborative, domain-driven environment that helps financial institutions deliver reliable digital banking solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute detailed test cases for Core Banking applications
• Identify, log, and manage defects through to resolution
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application quality and stability
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum sprint cycles

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of QA/testing experience in the banking domain, focused on Core Banking
• Hands-on expertise in Core Banking modules:

Core, CRM, CASA, Loans, and Payments

• Strong manual testing skills — test case design, execution, and documentation
• Experience with defect management tools:

JIRA, HP ALM, or Bugzilla

• Familiarity with

Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• B.E./B.Tech (any stream) OR MCA / M.Sc. (IT) with Test Engineer experience, from an AICTE-approved institution
• ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification is a plus
