About the Role We are seeking a Manual Tester with domain expertise in Health Claims processing and hands-on experience with TCS BaNCS. The candidate will play a key role in validating claim workflows, ensuring compliance, and maintaining system quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing of health insurance claims modules within TCS BaNCS.
• Validate claim adjudication, settlement, policy linkage, and payment workflows.
• Create and execute detailed test cases based on business requirements.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT support activities.
• Log, track, and verify defects in coordination with development teams.
• Ensure compliance with business rules, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.
• Work closely with business analysts and domain experts to understand requirements.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline with relevant insurance domain experience.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Health Claims testing.
• Working knowledge of TCS BaNCS platform.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes, claim lifecycle, and policy administration.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in similar roles within the insurance domain.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
