Role Summary
Lead the architecture and implementation of AIpowered agentdriven Quality Engineering solutions across the STLC Design and build reusable AI agents and multiagent workflows covering test design automation execution regression optimization defect intelligence and quality insights enabling scalable secure and governed AI adoption across enterprise QE

Key Responsibilities
Define the architecture and roadmap for GenAI and Agentic AIled Quality Engineering solutions
Design and build AI agents and multiagent workflows across STLC phases from requirements analysis and test design through execution defect analysis and reporting
Develop reusable capabilities for test generation automation generation regression optimization test execution analysis defect intelligence and quality insights
Architect RAG and grounding solutions leveraging requirements specifications test assets defects and execution data
Design agent orchestration contextprompt engineering toolAPI integration and humanintheloop patterns
Integrate AI solutions with ALMTest Management automation frameworks CICD pipelines and engineering toolchains
Establish AI evaluation mechanisms for accuracy relevance reliability and traceability of AIgenerated testing assets
Implement appropriate security governance observability and Responsible AI guardrails
Lead PoCs and transition successful solutions into productionready reusable enterprise capabilities
Provide technical leadership and guidance to QE automation and engineering teams

MustHave Skills
1216 years of overall experience in Quality Engineering Test Architecture Automation and related technologies
7 years of experience in QETest Architecture Automation Architecture or engineering leadership
2 years of handson experience in GenAILLM solution engineering including AI agents agentic workflows RAG and promptcontext engineering
Deep understanding of STLC Quality Engineering and Test Architecture
Handson experience designing and developing AI agents agentic workflows and multiagent orchestration
Strong knowledge of RAG embeddingsvector search promptcontext engineering and toolfunction calling
Strong Python API and integration development skills
Experience with UIAPI automation frameworks such as Playwright Selenium or equivalent
Experience integrating solutions with ALMTest Management CICD DevOps and enterprise engineering ecosystems
Understanding of AI evaluation security governance traceability and hallucination mitigation
Demonstrated ability to take AIQE solutions from architecture and PoC through productionscale implementation
