Test Engineer

Job Summary

Understand Gold Loan business processes, workflows, and lending lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze BRDs, FSDs, User Stories, and business requirements.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Execute Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing.
• Validate loan origination, customer onboarding, loan disbursement, interest calculation, repayment, and loan closure processes.
• Perform API testing and backend database validation.
• Defect logging, tracking, and coordination with development teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and client discussions.
• Prepare test reports and provide daily status updates.

Requirements

• Must-Have Skills: Domain Skills (Mandatory) Strong experience in Gold Loan products.
• Understanding of: Loan Origination System (LOS)
• Loan Management System (LMS)
• Gold valuation and pledge process
• Loan disbursement
• Interest calculation
• EMI/repayment processing
• Foreclosure and loan closure
• Auction/Repossessed gold process
