Role Overview

• Job Title: Test Engineer
• Working hours: Fulltime, normal business hours

Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities

• Why are we hiring for this role? To support the NetLine Sched and NetLine Slot team in growing and renewing the product we plan to setup a new team at Company to take over specific parts of the product to maintain and develop them further.
• Core Responsibilities:
• Participating in implementation projects in a cross-functional team as being responsible for testing and test development.
• Develop test cases together with the domain business specialists
• Create, execute and maintain test automation scripts
• Developing new features into testing frameworks.
• Engage in all the activities of development lifecycle and proactively improve the QA strategy.
• Validate, estimate of requirements from testing perspective.
• Intensive collaboration within the team and other parties involved. Enable the team to develop high quality testing on all levels.
• Taking on special tasks

Candidate Profile

• Required Qualifications (Must-Haves):
• Any formal requirement that is standard at Comapny
• Long-term experience in software development, testing and test automation
• Practical experience in functional and non-functional testing
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, K6, JMeter, Pact, Mocha).
• Experience in testing of monolithic software, web applications as well as APIs.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Competency in Git and GitHub.
• Good understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Experience in CI/CD.
• High social competence and ability to integrate, strong team orientation, and intercultural competence
• High commitment and initiative, strong resilience, and pronounced flexibility
• Willingness to innovate and strong ability for conceptual, systematic, and goaloriented work
• Willingness to take on responsibility and the ability to develop decisionready proposals considering corporate and economic principles
• Strong communication skills and service and customer orientation; strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ability to clearly present complex matters
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel and perform onsite assignments in India and abroad
• Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):
• Practical experience working in international development team
• Performance testing experience.
• Github Actions experience
