Test Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled UAT Test Analyst with strong domain expertise in Trade Finance and Remittances. The candidate will be responsible for requirement analysis, test design, end-to-end UAT execution, defect management, and stakeholder reporting for banking and trade finance applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute End-to-End User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for trade finance and remittance applications.
• Perform comprehensive test execution and report testing status to stakeholders.
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects through closure.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, and project teams during the testing lifecycle.
• Ensure test coverage across functional and integration workflows.
• Support test planning, execution, and reporting activities.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Trade Finance operations.
• Good understanding of Remittances (Inward and Outward).
• Knowledge of Import and Export Trade Processes.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End Integrated Testing.
• Strong skills in: Requirement Analysis Test Case Design Test Execution Defect Reporting and Tracking Test Status Reporting Experience working with Test Management and Defect Management processes.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar test/defect management tools.
• Preferred Skills Experience in End-to-End Integration Testing.
• Knowledge of Workflow Testing.
• Exposure to banking or financial services domains will be an added advantage.
